The DLP-5.22 is a high bandwidth protector used to protect many 50 Ohm based coaxial systems up to 190 Watts power. Common applications are broadband systems, two-way radios, cellular systems, wireless LAN, coaxial cables, and amateur radio equipment. The DLP-5.22 uses a rugged gas discharge tube which bypasses the surge to ground thus protecting downstream equipment.
